Any child care issue, whether it reaches the courts or not, has the power to distress and to pressurise parents and children alike. It is important to reduce these effects, to resolve the issues speedily and to have positive outcomes. We are experienced in dealing with these complex situations and working cooperatively with all the agencies involved.

Child Care Law
One of our specialist skills is Child Care Law. These are cases where children, and parents, are involved in “Public Law” proceedings with Social Services Departments (SSD). When a SSD becomes involved they may be seeking to remove children from their parents’ care. This is when 174LAW can actively represent you and use its specialist skills to;

Repesenting children & Parents
In any child care process our Child Care Team will represent both parents and children. We also represent extended members of the family, such as grandparents, who can often play an important role in such proceedings. We address all the issues and we can support all those involved.
